Burj Khalifa attraction Tickets come with different time slots.Our website allows you a selection to choose the current available time slots for the Burj Khalifa Ticket.
Bring the Ticket Voucher along with your Passport Copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top 'Will Call' counter.
The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
Lost, damaged and / or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed upto Marina.

The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

No refund for partly utilized services.
Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
