If you cancel tour within 48 hours before pick up time then there are no charges. Please email us within minimum 36 hours prior to tour date/time. If you cancel in less than 24 hours to tour time then full amount will be charged. If you cancel tour before 48 hours of tour date full amount will be returned in 24 hours.

Great Driver , Great ?Safari? and a memorable experience we had a wonderful time at Evening Safari. Prior to booking with this operator - we spoke to renowned operator and he made the experience look very grim and was very adamant on the facilities. He mentioned that Majlis - which will have air conditioner will cost additional AED100 per person. The overall cost of the safari would come to around AED 800 which sounded ridiculous. So we quit with them and opted for this option. They provided us very competitive rates and also assured that we will have a great evening at the desert safari camp. The driver Adil from Rawalpindi was fantastic. He was very professional and very cooperative. He arrived on time and guided us on options available at various spots. He is a superb driver and the dune bashing was a experience of a lifetime. we had interesting discussions during our travel from Dubai city to the Red dunes safari camp. My son and husband thoroughly enjoyed the Quad Bike experience. The desert sunset was memorable experience for all of us. we had a pleasant surprise when we were offered the 5 Star seating arrangement with cooler around and special arrangement for food and drinks. we felt special since very few folks were offered this arrangement in hot month of August. we never felt the heat. in fact on return journey too we got an opportunity for night dune bashing. Adil has very pleasing manners and knows his job really well. He ensured that we have a memorable evening. Thank you Adil and hoping that your family joins you soon in Dubai.

Organised trip before I came to Dubai from the UK. Great communications. Very reliable. Exactly what they promise. Hired a private car. Brilliant driver through the sand dunes and lovely meal in the desert. Also organised a private all day Dubai tour with the sand company at a good price and they had great guides. Good and trustworthy company! We booked for a morning safari after their quick response through email. Ahmed always answered all questions and was very helpful. The driver came on time and was very friendly. Good price compared to other companies! Teens enjoyed sand boarding though dune bashing was very thrilling. Camel ride was nice but we could not visit the camel farm as all camels were out. Overall good experience with dubai travel tourism and is a highly recommended company!
