If you cancel within 24 to 96 hours before your tour's departure time, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour departure time, you will be charged 100% of the whole amount.
Your money will be returned to your account within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.

Parental Policy

Children under the age of two will be regarded as infants, and admission will be free.
Children between the ages of 2 and 6 will be charged at the kid rate.
Children over the age of six will be treated as adults and will be charged adult rates.

You will be joining our dinner cruise for semi-private activities; thus, you must adhere to its timing:
8.30 to 9 p.m.
9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
