Booking Guide:

Private Camp: Once you ready for booking Private Camp charges will add by Default.
SUVs: You have to select the number of SUVs as per the number of Guest. Each SUV Can accommodate 6 Guest.
Buses: If you want pick and drop by buses. You have to select the number of buses Each bus Can accommodate 46 Guests Plus you have to add the SUVs also Each SUV will transfer 18 Guests from assembly point to the Camp in 3 Rounds.
Buffet Selection: Food we have three types of Menus all’s are attached. Standard, Premium, 5 Star you have to add as per the number of Guests.
Photographer: You can add the Photographer at additional cost.
LED: we have Smart LED Size 5 Meter by 3 Meter you can add that at additional Cost.

Detailed Itinerary:

Pick Up Drop off & Timings

Pick up from your hotel or residence in Dubai or Sharjah.
Pick up will be 02:00 PM Drop off will be approx. 09:00 PM Timings we can customize as per your request.
Transfer Types: We have two options for Transfers either via SUV or By Bus below you can read complete Details and you can choose the numbers of buses or SUV Accordingly.
Pick up by SUV: one SUV have 7 seats including driver. We accommodate 6 Guest in each vehicle.
Pick up by Buses: By buses for big groups normally prices go down. Each bus capacity is for 50 Guests. From your location we will take the guests in buses then at assembly point.
we will provide you SUVs according to the numbers of guests to transfer the guests from assembly point to the Camp. The same SUVs after finishing the event will drive the guest to the buses and same buses will drive back to your location.
