Dubai Travel & Tourism

Get up early to start your hot-air balloon ride in Dubai with a pickup from your hotel or another convenient location. Travel to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve outside of the city in your air-conditioned minibus. Arrive at the launch site after a gorgeous drive, and then watch as your hot-air balloon is filled before your flight.
Then take advantage of the rare opportunity to observe trained falcons soar up to 4,000 feet (1219 meters) above the surface of the planet. After the flight, you're taken in a vintage 1950s Land Rover to a private desert conservation reserve where you can refresh yourself in clean, private restrooms. A sumptuous breakfast is provided, featuring treats like hand-cut smoked salmon and caviar. After that, get back in your minibus and complete your excursion with a drop-off at your hotel.

Location:
Transfers are available from Dubai Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre & Dubai Outlet Mall.
Valid ID’s:
Make sure to bring valid identification, such as a passport or Emirates ID, as it may be required for security and check-in purposes.
Transfers & Pick-up Services:
Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes,
depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Private transportation from remote areas will be charged extra and the same will be informed by our operations team in advance.

Waiver Form:
The waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. Please fill out the Wavier Form and submit the form online.
Weight & Capacity:
The Max weight is 115kg and the maximum capacity for Hot Air Balloon is 11-28 pax.
Drone & Filming:
As per UAE's Government strict Rules and Regulations we do not allow drones flying during flight.
Filming of the flight and the Event Banner on the basket is available at extra cost as an add-on option.
Baggage Restrictions:
Ballons typically have strict baggage restrictions due to weight and space limitations. It's advisable to leave large bags and unnecessary items behind. Most tour providers offer secure storage for belongings during the flight.
Children & Pregnant Women:
The minimum allowed age is 5 years.
Child age group (5-12 years) above 12years of age is considered an adult.
Not recommended for participants with physical disabilities, impairments, Phobia of heights, back/knee problems, serious heart-related conditions or pregnant women.
Health Considerations: If you have any medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect your ability to fly comfortably, inform the tour provider in advance.
Weather:
Your safety is our top priority, and we will only fly if the weather conditions are ideal. Should we cancel a flight due to bad weather, we can either rebook your flight for any other day or provide you with a full refund. We will always try to communicate a cancelled flight the day before your experience.
Cancelation Policy:

You can drive through the desert, but it is not advised if you are not experienced. Because it can be dangerous for you and the sand gets deep.
