Reservation and Payment Policy
To secure your booking, full payment must be made within 7 days from the booking date. If no payment is made within this period, the reservation shall be canceled automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that Bab Al Shams Desert Resort will charge the total amount of your reservation if you cancel your booking on or after 10 December 2024.
Availability and Re-confirmation
Please remember that the availability of the reserved space and the rates discussed are reaffirmed at the time of booking. We will notify you if there are any alterations or modifications concerning your booking.
Inclusive Rates
The stated rates are subject to a 10% service charge, a 7% Municipality fee, and 5 percent VAT. Please note that these rates are not subject to discount.

Table Holding Policy
