Yacht Departing Location

Departure Point - Dubai Marina Harbor: Your journey begins from Dubai Marina Harbor.
Our team will share the precise Google Maps location via WhatsApp and email before December 25, 2024 and if the departure location is changed, you’ll be notified before 25th December too.
The yacht will travel along scenic routes encompassing Dubai Marina, Atlantis, Burj Al Arab, JBR, and Palm Jumeirah, offering you the chance to enjoy breathtaking views.
Kindly note that transportation to the yacht departure location is not included in this package. You are responsible for reaching the departure point independently.
For self-drive guests at Dubai Marina Harbor, valet parking service is available at an extra cost. This option ensures convenient and hassle-free parking during your visit.
If you require transportation, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
Opt for an SUV at an additional cost of 1000 AED, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Alternatively, select a Mini Bus at an additional cost of 1500 AED, providing space for up to 12 guests.

If the promised services from the yacht company were not provided due to unfavorable weather conditions or any other reason, Dubai Travel and Tourism will not be responsible for any charge back compensation. Once you made booking for New Year and paid for it, the booking will be non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Seating Arrangements

This is a public yacht party, and guests will be divided into three sections: the front side of the yacht, the upper deck, and the lower deck. Our team will assist guests on a first-come, first-served basis. During the fireworks display, all guests will have ample space to enjoy the fireworks.

There is no specific dress code requirements. Please wear attire that is appropriate and respectful.

Service Terms and Conditions

Event Date: This booking is exclusively for the New Year Yacht Party on December 31, 2024.
Booking and Payment: To secure your spot, you must book in advance and make a payment. Your booking is considered valid only when payment is made in advance.
Contact Information: When making your reservation, please provide your name and contact number.
Ticket Resale: It's important to note that reselling tickets is strictly not allowed.
Boarding Time: Boarding will not be allowed after 8:30 pm, so please make sure to arrive on time.
Outside Food and Drinks: Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed.
Food at the Event: The food served at the event cannot be taken away or delivered.
Event Assistance: If you encounter any issues during the event, please inform the event organizers for prompt assistance.
Acknowledging Risks: By attending the yacht party, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks and hazards.
Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
Availability: The availability of the event is subject to change.
Booking Confirmation: You can show you’re booking confirmation on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
Receipt of Confirmation: Following successful payment, you will receive your booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Price Inclusion: The final price in your booking confirmation includes VAT.
Non-Exchangeable: This booking cannot be exchanged for cash.
Single Use Vouchers: Each voucher can be used only once.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot cancel it.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.
No-Show Policy: If you don't attend the event, refunds will not be issued.

Event Changes: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or guest misconduct, the organizers reserve the right to change or upgrade the event schedule with prior notice of 10 days.

The organizers retain the right to cancel or alter an event if conditions make it necessary

Please note that there are no refunds or cancellations allowed for New Year's Eve 2025 bookings. If you change your plans or decide to cancel, you won't receive a refund.

Refund Policy

In the event of event cancellations due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment channel that was originally used for the payment.
